The AXS2019 is a high-efficiency, filter-free 5.2W mono Class AB/D audio amplifier. Ultra-low EMI is ideal for use in portable devices with FM capabilities.
    The AXS2019's single-ended input architecture and extremely high PSRR effectively improve the AXS2019's ability to suppress RF noise. The filter-free PWM modulation structure and gain built-in approach reduce external components, PCB area and system costs, and simplify design. Up to 90% efficiency, fast start-up time and small package size make the AXS2019 the best choice for portable audio products.
    AXS2019 has a related shutdown function, which greatly extends the standby time of the system. Overheat protection enhances system reliability. The POP sound suppression function improves the auditory perception of the system and simplifies the system debugging.

    AXS2019 has two operating modes, one is a high-efficiency Class D operating mode, the other is a Class AB operating mode without FM interference. Select a group through the MODE pin for flexible switching. When the MODE pin is logically high, AXS2019 works in Class D mode. When the MODE pin is logically low, AXS2019 works in Class AB mode.

    The bias capacitor is the most critical capacitor, it is related to several important performance, when the circuit is started, the bias capacitor determines the amplifier on speed, the bias capacitor will also affect the circuit noise, power rejection ratio and the POP sound on and off.
    To avoid the POP sound at startup, the bias voltage should rise more slowly than the input bias voltage.

    To reduce power loss in the off mode, the AXS2019 comes with a off circuit for the off amplifier bias. When the SD pin voltage is less than 0.35V, the chip is turned off and the working current reaches the minimum. When the SD pin voltage is between 1.2V and 2.1V, the AXS2019 enters the Class D anti-crack off mode. When the SD pin is pulled up directly and the voltage is greater than 2.3V, the AXS2019 enters the Class D anti-crack mode 1 by default.

    The AXS2019 has an overtemperature protection circuit to prevent device damage when the internal temperature exceeds 165 ° C. This value varies by 25 ° C between devices. When the internal circuit exceeds the set protection temperature, the device enters the off state and the output is cut off. When the temperature drops by 40 ° C, the device works normally again.
