PE15D11 Description：
    PE15D11 is a P-Channel MOSFET with VDS=-18V,ID=-7A, RDS(ON)<23mΩ, @VGS=-4.5V, RDS(ON)<30mΩ, @VGS=-2.5V.
    The PE15D11 is available in TSOP-8 package.
    The PE15D11 uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) and low gate charge. It can be used in a wide  variety of applications.
