NS4163 Description:
The NS4163 is a class AB /D mode switching function, ultra-low EMI, no filter, 3W mono audio amplifier.
A control pin enables the chip to switch between Class AB or Class D operating modes to match different application environments. Even operating in Class D mode, the NS4163 employs advanced technology that greatly reduces EMI interference over the full bandwidth range, minimizing the impact on other components.
The NS4163's filter-free PWM modulation structure and built-in feedback resistance reduce external components, PCB area, and system costs.
NS4163 built-in overcurrent protection, overheat protection and undervoltage protection functions, effectively protect the chip from being damaged under abnormal working conditions. The new circuit design is fully optimized using spread spectrum technology, and the efficiency of up to 90% is more suitable for portable audio products.
The NS4163 is available in a SOP8 package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40 ° C to 85 ° C.
