XS116
The XS116 is a single channel brushed DC motor drive chip. The maximum continuous output current can reach 600mA(VDD=4V,RL=5Ω), and the peak current can reach 1A.
XS116 built-in power MOS full bridge drive, can drive forward, backward, stop and brake functions, while built-in overtemperature protection circuit, to ensure the safety of the chip operation.
The XS116 has built-in thermal protection with hysteresis effects and a very small circuit static power consumption (less than 1uA).
