HAA9003 Description:
The HAA9003 is a differential input Class G audio power amplifier with 4 operating modes, providing 2W output power for 8Ω speakers in a 4.2V lithium battery powered state.
The HAA9003's differential input architecture and extremely high PSRR effectively improve the HAA9003's ability to suppress RF noise. The filter-free PWM modulation structure and gain built-in approach reduce external components, PCB area and system costs, and simplify design.
HAA9003 has a very low turn-off current, greatly extending the standby time of the system. The OCP, OTP, and UVLO protection functions enhance system reliability. Turning POP-click suppression on and off improves the auditory perception of the system and simplifies system debugging.
The HAA9003 is available in a QFN20(3mm x 3mm) package
