HT7180
The HT7180 is a high power asynchronous boost converter with integrated 22mΩ power switching tubes to provide an efficient, small size solution for portable systems.
With a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 12V, the HT7180 supports applications using single or two lithium batteries. The device has a 10A switching current capability and is capable of delivering output voltages up to 12.8V.
The HT7180 also supports programmable soft start, as well as adjustable switching peak current limits. The HT7180 also supports two different tr/tf to accommodate different EMI and efficiency needs.
In addition, the device provides 13V output overvoltage protection and thermal shutdown protection.
