RM1233A Description:
RM1233A is a single button touch detection chip that has a built-in voltage regulator circuit to provide stable voltage for the touch sensing circuit. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is designed to replace traditional buttons, and the size of the touch detection PAD can be designed within a reasonable range according to different sensitivities. Low power consumption and wide operating voltage are the characteristics of this touch chip in DC or AC applications.

Touch detection input pins connected in series with 0~100K resistors can adjust sensitivity
The output mode has been configured, eliminating the need for external selection resistors
Output optional CMOS output/open drain output, high/low level effective
Touch output pin provides a maximum output duration of 16 seconds
After being powered on, there is a stable time of about 0.5 seconds
